All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances held pending investigation. Winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts may be voided.

4.5 Player Funds. In accordance with our gaming licence requirements, all player deposits are held in accounts segregated from rojak99's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances remain protected independent of the Platform's financial position.
5.1 All bets placed on the rojak99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. rojak99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed: (a) after an event has concluded; (b) following a clear system or pricing error; (c) by a Player reasonably suspected of abusing pricing anomalies; or (d) in violation of any applicable betting rule.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: technical malfunction, late acceptance, clear pricing error, cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event, or any other circumstance set out in the applicable game or sport rules. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the Player's account.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. rojak99 applies maximum single-event and weekly payout limits as detailed in the applicable sportsbook and casino game rules. These limits apply regardless of the amount wagered.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by rojak99 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x (bonus amount) applies before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
6.2 Bonus Abuse. rojak99 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, collusion between Players to exploit bonus terms, and any other conduct reasonably determined by rojak99 to be designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intent.
6.3 Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, rojak99 reserves the right to: (a) void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it; (b) suspend or permanently close the Player's account; and (c) withhold outstanding balance pending investigation.
6.4 Bonuses are credited in MYR and may not be transferred to another Player. Bonuses expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rojak99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) gaming losses resulting from the inherent risk of gambling; or (d) service interruptions resulting from causes beyond rojak99's reasonable control.
9.2 rojak99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.2 Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, Players must first submit a written complaint to rojak99 via the customer support email address. rojak99 will respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If the complaint remains unresolved following this initial process, the Player may escalate the matter to the licensing authority as described in the applicable licence terms.
